This week was mental health awareness week, as we felt it so important to acknowledge that 1 in 4 of us will be affected by mental health difficulties at some point in our lives. This means that all of us are affected. We shared our stories on our social media and decided to share them with you too.

When you begin using affirmations, it can be odd. You might feel skeptical. Affirmations only work when you are reflecting and building on your core personal values, so it's not helpful to affirm something that doesn't match with your global narrative.
